George Clooney a legújabb filmje a The Ides Of March (amit ő rendez, ő a producer, illetve a főszereplő) kapcsán adott interjújában vallott száz kedvenc filmjéről, amik 1964-1976 között készültek. Clooney azt is elmondta, hogy ezt az időszakot tartja a filmkészítés legnagyobb idejének. A lista egyébként nem meglepő, inkább egy "populárisabb" síkon mozog, mintsem művészfilmek. A listán belül kiemelt 5 filmet, ami az abszolút kedvence: Az elnök emberei, Dr. Strangelove, Hálózat, Testi Kapcsolatok és a Harold és Maude. Egyébként Az elnök embereit úgy definiálta, mint A tökéletes film.
